The Bros are Back in Town (the Town of Cyfaraun, That Is)

Last time I updated Arbiter of Worlds, I mentioned that I have been exceptionally busy finalizing all aspects of the ACKS Imperial Imprint. That turned out to be an understatement. One day the capability will come to me to design and edit RPGs while maintaining my marketing newsletters but that day is not today.

The Grey Brotherhood

Since my last newsletter, I’ve run three more episodes of the Grey Brotherhood. These will be arriving on YouTube one episode per week. Here is Episode XXI:

Arbiter of Worlds will be returning Soon(TM); my brother - who is the audio engineer - has been in a crunch mode at home and work, but when his schedule clears we’ll resume. I might even livestream!

Hoist the Dread Flag, Boys!

I have launched a new ACKS II campaign for my home group and will be using it as the basis for a new supplement called Under the Dread Flag. I’ve begun to release content for the sourcebook on the Autarch Patreon, with two new classes, new monsters, and more.

Before All Others, the Elves

I’ve commenced work on Before All Others: The Cyclopedia of Elven Civilization. To date I have focused on updating and expanding the roster of elven classes available, with the Elven Warrior, Elven Courtier, Elven Ranger, Elven Hierophant, and Elven Wizard now ready for ACKS II play. Ascendant Rogues Gallery

The hardcover copies of Ascendant Rogues Gallery has shipped out and is currently on the water. The ETA to the U.S. port was February 28, and the predicted final delivery date to the fulfillment house in TN was March 15. Unfortunately they were delayed as of today (March 22) they haven’t yet arrived. As soon as they do, all US backers will get their Rogues Gallery tomes sent to them, while my long-suffering overseas backers will get their full suite of products and add-ons.

Actual Play of ACKS

There are more people playing ACKS today than at any point in the game’s 12-year history. It’s incredibly gratifying to me as a designer and it gives me hope that ACKS II will reach an even broader base.
